Glitter Eyes Makeup Look

When I go out, I want my makeup to be flawless and my eyes to be big and bold so I created this makeup look. I love glitter so I thought I would incorporate it into this makeup look. If you want to know how I created this look then carry on reading!

For this makeup look  I am using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette, the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette and an MUA eyeshadow. All products which I absolutely love! You don’t have to use the two palettes as they are on the pricey side, find colours which are similar and just use them!

Step 1:

To start off this look I took the Mac Pro long wear concealer in the shade NC15 and put this all over my lid and near to my eyebrow. This is going to act as your eye shadow primer so that you have a nice base to work from. I then set this in place with the shade ‘White Chocolate’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette which is a matte white shade. I did this using my Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush. Setting the concealer gives you a nice base to work from so that the eye shadows blend nicely on top.

Step 2:

Next I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Palette and used the shades ‘Burnt Orange’ and ‘Realgar’ in the crease and slightly above the crease using a fluffy blending brush. I used the Sigma E25 brush.

Step 3:

I then took a MUA Eyeshadow in the shade ‘Bronze’ and placed this all over my lid using my finger which gives off the most pigment in my opinion. I think this shade is so gorgeous and it’s only £1!

Step 4:

To add the glitter into this look I used the Collection Glam Crystals Gel Eyeliner in the shade ‘Hustle’ and painted this all over my lid. This colour shows different colours like silver, blue and purple which is why I love it so much! Let this dry before you open your eyes fully as you don’t want it to transfer above your lid. I used the Anastasia palette and put the shade ‘Cyprus Umber’ on the outer V of my eye and blended it out to make it look more smokey. I used the Sigma E40 brush to do this.

Step 5:

I next used the shades ‘Realgar’ and ‘Cyprus Umber’ on my lower lash line with my Real Techniques Accent Brush and smoked it out. I used these shades to tie in with the rest of the shades I have used throughout this look.

Step 6:

To highlight the inner corners of my eye and my brow bone I used the shade ‘Champagne Truffle’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette which is a shimmer shade. This will make your eyes look wider and make your eyebrows look more lifted.

Step 7:

Lastly I curled my eyelashes and applied the Nyx Doll Eye Mascara on my top and bottom lashes. To completely finish off this look I applied the Eylure Texture Eyelashes in the style 117 with the Eylure lash fix. These lashes have a pre glued lash band but I just took it off and applied them with my normal eyelash glue! I think these lashes are so beautiful and made this look a whole lot more glamorous.

Here is the finished look!
